On the occasion of World Health Day, and within the framework of the 50th anniversary of La Paz Hospital in Madrid, I presented my project “Communicate, Educate, Participate”, a compilation of the different interviews I have conducted and published in various media outlets and, especially, through the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI). These contributions led to the creation of SaludDivulga, a dedicated section focused on health communication and dissemination.
This outreach project brings together leading professionals from different fields who share a commitment to promoting universal, accessible, understandable, rigorous, and high-quality health education, information, and communication.
This work reflects the contributions of many professionals, physicians, healthcare specialists, researchers, communicators, media organizations, press offices, medical societies, NGOs, and others who, over the years, have generously supported me with their time and expertise to promote quality information at the intersection of health and communication.
Without a doubt, it has been a true honor to have had the opportunity to develop, coordinate, and present this project on such a special occasion, surrounded by so many extraordinary professionals.
